Sliders:
Add/modify sliders by going to the meta-slider interface. Select the slider from the drop-down menu in the top-left corner of the interface. Images should downsized to 800px wide @ 72 DPI prior to uploading.
Homepage promo boxes
The three promo boxes on the homepage are widgets. To modify them, go to the Widgets interface.
Contact Form
To modify the form, go to the form admin page. There are many settings here, just poke around a bit.
Testimonials
To add or modify testimonials, go to the Text Slider page.
